Inside, prepare to be astonished by the breathtaking majesty of the Main Hall. Soaring seventy foot ceilings are crowned with spectacular chandeliers. The magnificent 800 seat balcony sweeps around walls adorned with delicate stencilling and authentic wood-panelling. And the centrepiece – one of the most beautiful pipe organs in the world, the largest in the southern hemisphere, Melbourne’s own original wood-carved Grand Organ.
